Abstract

The present Law establishes general regulations of management of wildlife species and hunting management. The document consists of 13 Articles. Art.1 introduces the principal concepts. Art.2 regards legislation on hunting and hunting management. Art.3 establishes purposes of the present Law. Art.4 specifies game subject to hunting. Art.5 regards hunting grounds. Art.6 establishes the main principles of the use of game and hunting grounds. Art.7 establishes rate setting for the use of game. Art.8 specifies the grounds for stopping the right of the use of game and hunting grounds. Art.9 regards hunting management. Art.10 establishes the main rights and obligations of hunters. Art.11 regards hunting. Art.12 regards state support in the sphere of hunting and hunting management. Art.13 establishes the modalities of enactment of the present Law.
