Abstract This Regional Law establishes that hunting management on forest parcels shall be considered entrepreneurial activity related to rendering services to hunters. Forest parcels shall be allotted to citizens in accordance with lease contracts. The period of lease of forest parcels shall be from 10 to 49 years. Lease holders shall be authorized to carry out captive breeding of animal species subject to hunting, to carry out biotechnical arrangements (sowing of fodder and protective plant species, construction of artificial nesting places and protective covers for birds and animals) and obtain information related to forest parcels allotted on lease.
