Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the process of protection n of the territory and population against natural and technological disasters. The scope of protection shall be prevention or reduction of risks to human life, health and territory originating from natural and technological disasters. State bodies shall timely supply to the population reliable information of state of public protection and means and methods of protection against natural and technological disasters. All the regional population shall be subject to protection in case of the outbreak of natural calamities, industrial accidents, epidemics, epizootic outbreaks and epiphytotics.
