Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management and state protection of cultural heritage within plenary powers established by the federal legislation. Classification of an object and registration thereof as cultural heritage shall be performed in accordance with the conclusion of state expertise. Organization of protected area with particular natural complexes and ecosystems as object of cultural heritage shall be performed by decree of the regional administration.
