Abstract This Regional law establishes the modalities of elaboration and composition of regional land use planning scheme that classifies the type of territory in accordance with aggregation of social, ecological and economic factors ensuring sustainable development of the territory. State customer of land use planning scheme shall be regional administration. Land use planning scheme shall contain the following information and data: (a) actual state and use restrictions of the territory; (b) zoning; and (c) projected development of nature protection infrastructure.
