Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of protection and registration rare, protected and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species. Red Book shall be official document containing data on the state, populations of rare, protected and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species and the arrangements for the protection thereof. Red Book shall be subject to publication non less than once in 10 years. Natural and legal persons performing economic activities in areas populated by wild fauna and wild flora species recorded in the Red Book must undertake measures for the protection thereof.
