This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to stimulate provision of the regional population with high quality bread and bakery products. The right of state support shall be granted to: (a) registered regional producers manufacturing on the regional territory food grain of no lower than 3 class; and (b) registered regional producers of bread and bakery products using for manufacturing of the aforesaid commodities food grain of no lower than 3 class. State support shall be granted in the following forms: (a) subsidies covering part of expenditure for the manufacturing of food grain, bread and bakery products; (b) subsidies covering part of expenditure for equipment for the manufacturing of food grain, bread and bakery products; and (c) partial reimbursement of interests on credits allocated by the Russian crediting organizations.
