Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations dealing with state support of peasant farms and establishes measure of economic, financial, social and other types of support thereof. The main forms of state support shall be: (a) financial support (partial compensation of expenditure and subsidies for partial compensation of credits allocated by the Russian credit organizations); (b) tax incentives; (c) formation of the regional market of agricultural commodities, raw materials and foodstuffs; and (d) stimulation of the enlargement of output of peasant farms.
