Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of state support of gardening and horticulture conducted by natural persons for individual personal needs. Plots of agricultural land for horticulture and vegetable gardening can be allotted to natural persons for subsidiary smallholding in ownership free of charge in cases establishes by Federal and Regional laws. Its delimits powers of the Regional Assembly, Regional Government and authorized regional executive body in the field of state support of gardening and horticulture for individual personal need in the aforesaid field. State support of gardening and horticulture shall be performed through public financing out of regional and municipal budgets.
