Abstract This Regional Law establishes the arrangements for state support of individual subsistence farming by the regional administration. The scope of state support shall be raising production of agricultural commodities, alimentary raw materials and food with a view of improvement of regional food security. State support of individual subsistence farming shall be performed in the following forms: (a) partial compensation of interests for credits allocated by the Russian crediting organizations for individual subsistence farming; and (b) allocation of loans and credits to citizens in accordance with validated regional specific programs.
