Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be to increase output of animal production, stimulation thereof and promotion of agricultural development. State support of agricultural producers of animal products shall be carried out through subsidies and incentives. State support shall be carried out in accordance with purposeful regional programs of state support of agricultural producers. In particular, state support shall be granted to the producers of high quality animal products and agricultural producers selling animal products to the regional food reserve fund. Total finances destined for state support of agricultural producers of animal products must be no less than 10 percent of revenues to the regional budget.
