Abstract

Regional Legislative Assembly establishes administrative liability for the infringement of regional hunting regulations and regional legislation on the protection of habitats if any other liability is not otherwise envisaged by Federal legislation. The document consists of II Sections that contain 11 articles. Section I (arts. 1-5) classifies administrative offences in the sphere of hunting and protection of habitats. Article 1 regards infringement of hunting regulations that has caused damage to state hunting fund. Article 2 regards illegal keeping and reproduction of wildlife species. Article 3 regards violation of norms of production processes and norm of exploitation of transport means that has caused destruction of wildlife species. Article 4 regards destruction or damage of special marks installed by hunters or authorized state institutions. Article 5 regards tardy restitution of hunting licences for brown bear and wild hoofed species to licensing authority. Section II (arts. 6-11) establishes the modalities of proceedings as regards administrative offences in the sphere of hunting and protection of habitats. Article 6 regards records of evidence of administrative offences. Article 7 regards forwarding of records of evidence. Article 8 regards convey and administrative arrest of the infringer. Article 9 regards appeal against resolution concerning the case of administrative offence. Article 10 regards application of resolutions concerning administrative penalties. Article 11 regards distribution of revenues from fines.
