Abstract This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right for timber extraction of forest species for individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species of the period of validity no longer than one year and without allotment of forest parcels. Re-sale of timber to third party shall be prohibited. Purchase and sale contract of forest species shall be concluded without tender. Timber extraction contract shall be valid for all types of felling. Timber extraction in areas with the presence of endangered, rare and protected wild fauna and wild flora species (including mushrooms) recorded in the Red Book shall be prohibited.
