Abstract This Regional Government establishes plenary powers of the regional state bodies in the sphere of regulation of subsoil management related to concession of subsoil plots of local significance pertaining to the following categories: (a) subsoil plot containing common widespread minerals; (b) subsoil plots used for building and operation of underground constructions not related to mining; and (c) subsoil plot containing groundwater deposits used for potable water supply and public water supply, and also industrial water use supply or agricultural water use supply with daily amount of water abstraction no more than 500 cubic meters.
