Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of concession and rational management of plots of subsoil, containing widespread mineral deposits, for exploration and mining. Concession of subsoil parcels can be granted in the presence of the following: (a) decision by the authorized regional body on allotment of a plot of subsoil; (b) authorization for exploration and mining of a plot of subsoil issued by local self-government; (3) public contract for exploration of subsoil.
