Abstract This Regional law establishes that rules for conclusion of contracts for purchase and sale contracts of forest species for individual personal needs, rates of payment for forest species, and allotment of forest species to citizens for individual personal needs shall pertain to the competence by the authorized regional executive body. This Regional Law establishes rates of timber extraction, including fuelwood and non-timber forest resources, for individual personal needs. It also establishes rules and regulations for collection of edible forest resources and medicinal plants, and also requirements for hunting management on forest parcels.
