This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that regional residents shall have the right to procure fuelwood and timber for housing construction in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species. Application for obtaining the right of procurement of fuelwood and timber must be submitted to the authorized regional forest institution and must contain the following data: (a) full name of the applicant; (b) personal identity document data; (c) residence address (as reported in the personal identity document); (d) purposeful use of timber; and (e) requested amount of timber (art. 1). The period of timber extraction and logging shall not exceed 12 months from the date of conclusion of purchase and sale contract (art. 2).
