Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation and management of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species. The scope of this Regional Law shall be to regulate basic relations in the sphere of conservation and management of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species and implementation of international agreements in this sphere signed by the Russian Federation. Regional Red Book shall be official document containing the complete list of rare and endangered species. Regional Red Book shall be published at least once in 10 years.
