Abstract This Regional Law regulates legal relations concerning allotment of land plots, pertaining to public or municipal property, including also land plots with undelimited ownership, in ownership free of charge to some categories of citizens. Citizens residing on the regional territory for five years to the date of submittal of the application, including public official with higher professional training and university decree that have concluded five-year service contract in the sphere of healthcare, welfare, physical training, agricultural production, young families (under 35 years of age) with children, WWII veterans and families with disabled children shall have the right of allotment of land plots in ownership free of charge.
