Abstract This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right for timber extraction of forest species for individual personal needs in accordance with the following rates: (a) for housing construction – up to 100 cubic metres once in 30 years for an owner of land parcels destined for housing construction; (b) for repairs and reconstruction of housing facilities – up to 20 cubic metres of standing timber once in 5 years; (c) for construction and repairs of fences, sheds etc. – up to 5 cubic metres of wood strips of standing timber once annually per person.
