This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right for timber extraction of forest species for individual personal needs in accordance with the following rates: (a) for housing construction – up to 100 cubic metres once in 30 years for an owner of land parcels destined for housing construction; (b) for repairs and reconstruction of housing facilities – up to 20 cubic metres of standing timber once in 5 years; (c) for construction and repairs of fences, sheds etc. – up to 5 cubic metres of wood strips of standing timber once annually per person.
