This Regional Law enters into force on 1 January 2015.
Abstract

This Regional Law assigns the following plenary powers to the Regional Assembly: (a) adoption of regional laws in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources; and (b) enforcement of the regional laws in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. The Governor shall validate the scheme of territorial location and distribution of hunting grounds, validate rates of permissible hunting of game for, which is not established limit for hunting, and crates of carrying capacity of hunting grounds, and issuance and cancellation of hunting association membership card of the unified federal standard. The Governor shall also validate types of authorized hunting and hunting requirements in regional hunting ground, except for protected areas of federal significance. Regional hunting resources (game) shall be classified as follows: (a) mammals; (b) hoofed animals (elk); (c) brown bear; (d) fur-bearing animals; and (e) birds.
