This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that basic principles of distribution of hunting permits between natural persons performing hunting in hunting grounds of common access shall be to ensure sustainable management of hunting resources with a view of conservation of biological diversity thereof. The aforesaid distribution shall be performed by the authorized regional executive body in the sphere of wild fauna management and it shall be performed with the consideration of available hunting quotas for each hunting ground of common access. In case of excess of application the following characteristics shall be taken into consideration: (a) applicants that have submitted documentation in advance; (b) applicants that participated in the regulation of number of hunting species; and (c) the principle of equal access of hunters to hunting resources.
