Abstract This Regional Law establishes the rules of hunting management on forest parcels. Forest parcels conceded for hunting management shall be considered hunting grounds. Forest managers shall have the right: (a) carry out biotechnical arrangements; (b) procure forest resources to be used as forage for wild fauna species; (c) keep wild fauna species in semi-captive conditions in accordance with acting legislation; and (d) obtain information on forest parcels used for hunting management. Hunting managers must: (a) use forest parcels for specified purposes in accordance with forest legislation; (b) comply with contractual arrangements; (c) elaborate and submit to lessor forest management projects; (d) observe sanitary rules in forests; and (e) observe legislative provisions.
