Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of management and conservation of wild fauna, natural habitat thereof, with a view of ensuring conservation of biological diversity and sustainable use of all its components, and also for conservation of genetic resources of wild fauna species. Regional wild fauna resources shall be state property. Sustainable management of wild fauna species shall be ensured through application of hunting quotas, restriction of hunting period, establishment of authorized hunting gear and hunting methods and validation and application of hunting rules and regulations.
