This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities and rates of timber extraction by citizens for individual personal needs (construction and repairs of residential facilities, fuelwood for heating and other needs) in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species without allotment of forest plots. The aforesaid contract shall be concluded by citizens and authorized regional state forest management institution. Timber procurement by citizens shall be performed in the form of clear cutting and selective cutting.
