Abstract This Regional Law establishes that retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with low alcohol content shall be completely prohibited on the regional territory, including vending in public catering facilities. Vending of non-alcoholic energizing beverages shall be prohibited in the following cases: (a) to the persons underage; (b) inside educational, healthcare and sanitary institutions; (c) at sport, recreational and physical training facilities; (d) in places of conduct of cultural and mass events with the participation or presence of teen-agers and the youth; and (e) on board of all public transport means.
