Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating between subjects and organizations in the industrial sphere, regional state bodies and local government. Industrial policy shall be considered coordinated number of arrangements by regional state bodies aimed at legislative, economic, information, organizational and administrative regulation in the sphere of industrial policy. Industrial activity shall be considered production activity in the sphere of industry. Regional Government shall be responsible for conduct of innovative industrial policy, including research, ensuring public financial support and subsidies in the industrial sphere, in particular to engineering activity with specific purpose of improvement of environmental security of industrial processes, also through utilization of best available ecofriendly processes and technologies.
