Abstract This Regional Law establishes common principles of organization and performance of veterinary and regulates relations in the sphere of veterinary with a view of protection of animals against diseases and output of veterinary safe animals products, and also protection of public health against diseases common to human beings and animals. Chief state regional veterinary inspector shall have the following competence: (a) elaboration of proposals for application and removal regional quarantine; (b) decioson-making related to vaccination of animals; and (c) application of administrative sanctions for violation of veterinary legislation.
