This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law regulates the issues of once-only allotment of public or municipal land plots free of charge in ownership to citizens with three or more children for individual housing construction and subsidiary smallholding and horticulture. It shall be applicable to persons having three or more children under 18 years of age and residing on the regional territory. Minimum land area for housing construction shall be 0, 06 ha and maximum land area for housing construction shall be 0, 2 ha. This Regional Law establishes terms and conditions, and list the documents required for allotment of the aforesaid plots of land.
