Abstract This Regional Law is aimed a protection of consumers by ensuring trade of quality liquors, suppression of illegal trade and fraud in the sphere of trade of liquors. Retail trade and vending of liquors shall be subject to mandatory licensing. Licence for retail trade and vending of liquors shall be issues period of three years or less in accordance with the applicant’s request. Licences are subject to renewal on a regular basis. Licences for retail trade and vending of liquors shall have regional validity and shall be registered by the regional authorities.
