Abstract This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of concession of subsoil plots of local significance for prospecting and assessment of common widespread mineral deposits, geological exploration of subsoil, mining with a view of extraction of common widespread minerals, and also building and operation of subsoil constructions of regional and local significance not related to mining. The aforesaid plots of subsoil can de conceded by the outcome of tender or without tender.
