Abstract This Regional Law establishes organizational and legal provisions for the protection of the population and territory, including land, water and environment, against natural and technological disasters. The scope of this Regional Law shall be prevention of the outbreak of natural and technological disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof. State bodies shall provide population with the information related to protection of the population and the territory against natural and technological disasters.
