Abstract This Regional Law regulates the use of forests for hunting. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that have been allotted plots of forests for hunting management shall carry out arrangements for conservation, protection and reproduction of forests (Art. 2). Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs entitled to carry out hunting management shall have the duty to: (a) prevent damages to forest species and to forest vegetation; (b) avoid violation of the rights of other forest managers; and (c) fulfil other obligations envisaged by the legislation (Art. 2).
