Abstract This Regional Law establishes that hunting management on forest parcels shall be carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with forest parcel lease contracts. Forest parcels conceded for hunting management shall be considered hunting grounds. Forest management for hunting shall be carried out in accordance with forest development projects. Hunting managers must: (a) use forest parcels for specified purposes in accordance with forest legislation, forest management projects and forestry regulation; (b) pay agreed rental fee within established deadline; (c) elaborate forest management projects; (d) observe forest fire rules in forests; and (e) prevent forest offences.
