Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating between natural and legal persons, recognized as producers of agricultural commodities in accordance with the acting legislation, and other natural and legal persons, state bodies in the sphere of agricultural development. Principles of state agrarian policy shall be stated as follows: (a) consistency of implementation of state agrarian policy and its sustainable development; (b) equal access and target orientation of state support of agricultural producers irrespectively of organizational and legal form thereof; (c) equal competitiveness of all agricultural producers; (d) participation of associations of agricultural producers in formation and implementation of state agrarian policy; and (e) access to information related to state of regional agriculture.
