This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.

Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that Regional Government or authorized state institution in the sphere of wild fauna management shall be responsible for determination of hunting of wild fauna species and aquatic biological resources that are not classified as specie subject to hunting. Commercial hunting shall be authorized for mammals, fur-bearing animals and birds except for species recorded in the Red Book of protected and endangered species.
