Abstract The Regional Law consists of 14 articles.The present Regional Law regulates the issues of state support of consumer cooperation, establishes forms and methods of incentives for the activity of the organizations pertaining to consumer cooperation. Article 9 regarding financial and other incentives to consumer cooperation specifies that crediting of organizations and enterprises of consumer cooperation carrying out procurement and processing of agricultural commodities can be performed on preferential terms fixed for the producers of agricultural commodities.
