This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of procurement of edible forest resources, collection and harvesting of medicinal plants and collection of non-timber forest resources by citizens for individual personal needs. Citizens carrying out the aforesaid activities must observe forest fire safety rules, sanitary rules and regulations, reforestation and care of forests rules and regulations. Collection of berries shall be authorized in the period of mass ripening thereof. Collection of mushrooms must ensure reproduction thereof. Collection of birch juice must ensure conservation of birch timber. Collection of fuelwood shall be authorized all the year round. Wood forage shall be collected from cut timber.
