Abstract This Regional Law classifies exceptional cases of timber extraction as follows: (a) for regional and municipal institutions; (b) for construction and reconstruction purposes by citizens; (c) Siberian dwarf-pine for New Year celebrations; (d) timber extraction in the process of allotment of cutting areas; (e) particular forest species for museums; (f) lifting of forest species for replanting and greening purposes; (g) extraction of timber damaged by forest fires; and (h) timber extraction as forest fire prevention arrangement.
