Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that state support of agriculture shall include: (a) access to credits by the producers of agricultural commodities; (b) promotion of stockbreeding and crop production; (c) improvement of agricultural soil fertility; (d) insurance of agricultural crops; and (e) agricultural development. Financial support of the producers of agricultural commodities envisages allocation of subsidies out of the regional budget. Subsidies can be used by the producers of agricultural commodities for partial compensation of interests for credits allocated by the Russian financial institutions for agricultural purposes.
