Abstract This Regional Law establishes a complex of measures for financial, economic, managerial, information, organizational and legal support of agricultural production with a view of creating favourable conditions for production of competitive agricultural commodities and provision of the region with foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials. State support shall be granted in the following forms: (a) preferential taxation; (b) allocation of budgetary funds; (c) partial reimbursement of interests on credits; and (d) partial reimbursement of expenditure for manufacturing of agricultural commodities.
