Abstract This Regional Law establishes that forest parcels conceded for hunting management shall be considered hunting grounds. Hunting management shall be carried out with the consideration of forest management, conservation, protection and reproduction of forests. Hunting managers shall be authorized to obtain information related to forest parcel used for hunting management and keep and breed wild fauna species subject to hunting in semi-captive conditions. Hunting managers must comply with terms and conditions of forest parcel lease contract and carry out hunting management in strict compliance with forest management project.
