Abstract This Regional Law establishes that citizens, registered residents on the regional territory, shall have the right for timber extraction of forest species for individual personal needs, including fuelwood for heating, building timber for housing construction and repairs, in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species with the period of validity no longer than one year and without allotment of forest parcels .
