This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to regulate mining and extraction of widespread common minerals by legal and natural persons. It classifies widespread common minerals used for industrial purposes. Parcels of subsoil shall be conceded in the form of mining allotment. Concession shall be granted for a determined period of time on condition of fulfillment by leaseholder of subsoil management terms and conditions. Concession shall be granted by Governor’s Decree or by decision of the regional administration (for mineral deposits of up to 500 thousand cubic metres of mineral deposits or for a period of one year). Subsoil management shall be performed in accordance with exploration and mining licence.
