Abstract This Regional Law establishes exceptional cases of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species for public and municipal needs. Exceptional cases shall be considered: (a) timber extraction in the process of creation of forest infrastructure; (b) timber extraction in the process of creation timber processing infrastructure; (c) timber extraction in the process of construction, re-construction and operation of objects not related to forest infrastructure; (d) timber extraction related to scientific research and educational activity; and (e) timber extraction related to forest management.
