Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the procedure for the distribution of hunting permits among natural persons for hunting in the generally accessible hunting grounds by the authorized regional state body in the field of hunting management. Hunting permits shall be distributed among natural persons within the hunting quotas, the rates of permissible hunting and the carrying capacity of hunting grounds established for generally accessible regional hunting areas. Hunting permits shall be distributed between natural persons by random draw in the following cases: (a) if the number of applications for the issuance of hunting permits submitted by natural persons exceeds the established quota of hunting resources (game); and (b) if the number of applications for the issuance of hunting permits submitted by natural persons exceeds the maximum allowable rates (quantity) of game authorized for hunting in generally accessible hunting grounds (as percentage of the number) of the respective municipal unit in relation to wild boar set by the authorized regional state body in the sphere of hunting and hunting management.
