This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the list of wild fauna species subject to commercial hunting and distribution of hunting permits between physical persons for hunting on hunting grounds of common access. Wild fauna species subject to hunting shall be considered: (a) mammals; (b) hoofed animals – wild boar and elk; (c) fur-bearing animals; and (d) birds. Hunting of protected and endangered animals and birds recorded in the national and regional Red Book shall be prohibited. Distribution of hunting permits shall be performed by the authorized regional executive body within established quotas.
