This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law governs the relationship between agricultural producers, organizations of the agro-industrial complex, other citizens, legal entities and public authorities, local authorities in the field of agricultural development and sustainable development of rural territories. The main areas of state support in the field of agricultural development are: (a) ensuring the availability of credit resources; (b) development of a risk insurance system in agriculture; (c) development of animal husbandry, including breeding; (d) development of crop production, including elite seed production; (e) renewal of fixed assets; (f) support for organizations of the agro-industrial complex; (g) support and development of rural tourism; (h) development of exports of agricultural commodities; (i) development of small and medium businesses in the agro-industrial complex; (j) support for staffing agriculture; (k) development of organic agriculture and support of the producers of organic products; (l) support for agricultural producers engaged in the production of agricultural commodities and food with improved characteristics; (m) provision of advisory assistance to agricultural producers and other participants in the agricultural market products, raw materials and food, training and retraining of specialists for agriculture; (n) information support in the implementation of the state agricultural policy; and (o) other areas of state support in the field of agricultural development, established by federal and regional laws.
