Abstract This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with a view of protection of public health, rights and legal interests of the regional population. Retail trade and vending of energizing non-alcoholic drinks shall be prohibited to the persons less than 18 years of age and the consumption of the aforesaid beverages shall be also prohibited to the aforesaid category of persons.
