This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that Regional Government shall be the authorized state institution in the sphere of subsoil management. The Government shall have the following competence: (a) establishes the modalities of concession of subsoil parcels and the modalities of management thereof; (b) establishes the modalities of legalization of transfer of subsoil parcels, state registration and issuance of exploration and mining licences; and (c) organized and performs tenders and auction sale of the rights to subsoil management.
